The problem

My approach

EDIT ME: Ran a discovery call focused on what the technical buyer actually needed to validate (auth flow, data residency, API rate limits) rather than a generic demo script. Identified that a pre-seeded sandbox environment would let them self-serve instead of waiting on calendars.

What I built

EDIT ME: A Dockerized sandbox seeded with realistic mock data via the Salesforce API, plus a Postman collection covering the three integration paths the prospect cared about. Documented setup in a one-page Notion doc so their engineers could spin it up without me.

Outcome

EDIT ME: Replace with your real numbers — turnaround time, deal stage movement, or qualitative signal (e.g. “became the reference sandbox other SEs now reuse”).

Outcome: Deal moved from stalled to closed-won in the following quarter; the sandbox became the standard POC template for the segment.
